Intensive Case Management (ICM)
The services of the Intensive Case Management Program are best suited for individuals who require services an average of one to three times a week. Individuals who will require frequent visits during the day or week, who require frequent psychatric and multi-disciplinary intervention, or who can manage independent living with minimal hands-on intervention may not be appropriate for ICM support services. Services are provided within the Distric of Nipissing (excluding West Nipissing).
Nipissing Mental Health Housing and Support Services (NMHHSS) offers a unique and affordable housing program in the North Bay community whereby mental health support services are combined with healthy housing. In offering these services, our agency promotes healthy and independent living committed to the success of each individual client.

Community Treatment Order (CTO)
The Community Treatment Order Program consists of a Community Treatment Order Coordinator and a Community Treatment Order Case Manager. The Coordinator works under the direction of the North Bay Regional Health Centre while the Case Manager is employed by Nipissing Mental Health Housing and Support Services providing a collaborative link between hospital and community. Community Treatment Order Case Management services are available in Nipissing, Timiskaming and North East Parry Sound Districts.
Brief Intervention Case Management (BICM)
The Brief Intervention Case Manager receives referrals from any source including self-referral, and can provide support, referral and advocacy to clients who are dealing with a mental health issue and are in need of brief assistance.
East Nipissing Mental Health Service
Nipissing Mental Health Housing and Support Services provides Intensive Case Management services to clients living in East Nipissing and is based at the Mattawa General Hospital. The service also provides Crisis intervention services during regular office hours (9am – 5pm) with services available after hours through the North Bay Regional Health Center.
