How We Help


The Intensive Case Management Program has community support services and a supportive housing component for clients who have a serious mental illness.

The agency is a local housing provider offering rent-geared-to-income and supportive housing.

  • Six individual buildings located within North Bay
  • Apartment and townhouses; 103 units (1-3 bedrooms)
  • Safe, monitored, and clean housing
  • Energy efficient stoves and refrigerators

Brief Intervention

The Brief Intervention Case Management Program provides short-term assistance for clients who are struggling with a particular issue, or who may require referral to more formal mental health services.

  • Short-term community mental health support
  • Services for up to 6 months
  • Issue specific assistance
  • Problem solving
  • Referrals for appropriate long-term supports

Community Treatment

We also house the Community Treatment Order Program, in affiliation with the North Bay Regional Health Centre.
